My husband and I planned for over a year to renew our vows at Yosemite Valley for our 10 year anniversary. My husband and I eloped and never had a big wedding. The pandemic had taken away our plans of having an intimate destination wedding. Due to the pandemic, we were faced with so many unknowns and decided to cancel our vow renewal day.
With the encouragement and help of our wedding planner, we decided to spend the Labor day weekend at Yosemite and do a photoshoot. The photoshoot went well, however, we had to cut our trip short due to the creek fire.
The best part of our wedding date:
We did not have a vow renewal day but we had fun during the day of our photoshoot. It helped us rekindle our love for each other and remember the day we got married.
We don't know if we will still have the wedding of our dreams, but we know, that we will be married forever.
